About

The 60 year curriculum . . .

Researchers estimate that by 2050 women could live to an average of 89 to 94 years of age and men to an average of 83 to 86. As life expectancy increases, so too will the demands placed on our adaptability and professional growth. We will not only work longer and change jobs more often, but also need to keep abreast of rapid changes in the workplace and in society. Upskilling and reskilling are vital to helping us remain effective in the workplace and independent longer.

That is why PACE, Oakland University’s workforce development and corporate training division, works collaboratively across the University with our expert faculty and with 3rd party subject matter experts to provide innovative, relevant and flexible programming for all ages across the life-span.

Whether you are looking for a career change, upskilling for career advancement, or simply reskilling to maintain workforce relevancy, we want to be there to help you in your lifelong learning journey.

PACE … Moving at the speed of business and elevating your career!
